We would like to take this opportunity to offer an update regarding the current Covid 19 situation and our measures to offer peace of mind to our customers.

We opened on 12th March and many holiday home owners have returned to the park and have been enjoying their haven away from this unusual situation.

To offer reassurance to our customers that we take the health and well being of all very seriously we would like to remind you that hand sanitiser is available to use in the reception and we are regularly cleaning door handles and other areas with anti-bacterial products. If you prefer, we are happy to take your gas orders and queries by telephone.

The local shops in Pateley Bridge are doing an outstanding job of remaining stocked with fresh produce and of course the butchers & fish mongers are able to supply locally sourced meat & fish as required. The general stores are also well stocked with provisions that would easily accommodate a short stay at your caravan. Ripon and Harrogate seem to be coping well under the circumstances also.

Fresh air, exposure to nature and woodland walks are all available in abundance and not only good for you but actually recommended for well being at this time. The local National Trust sites of Brimham Rocks, Studley Deer Park and Fountains Abbey & Water Gardens are open and access is free of charge. There are no catering facilities, but you are welcome to take a picnic with you.

We will continue to closely monitor the situation and keep our customers updated by e-mail where necessary.

Thank you for all of your support and understanding at this time. With best wishes Bob, Lynn, Lee & Sarah
