]]> We purchased our holiday home in July 2025. Warren Forest Park is amazing, tranquil, and each plot is beautifully laid out, what better way to chill than sitting out on the decking taking in the ever changing colours of the trees and landscape of the park, so peaceful, if you like looking at nature you certainly will not be disappointed with the different birds, squirrels and hedgehogs.

The Library is extremely well stocked with books, jigsaws and information.

So many places to walk on the site from woodland to rock formation, or why not explore the surrounding areas the list is endless.

  • Harrogate & Knaresborough

]]> We purchased our Holiday Home in 2025 and found the process very easy with a full explanation of all aspects of ownership. Lee and Sarah have been fantastic ever since. Questions are promptly dealt with, they arrange everything for you, making ownership at Warren Forest a breeze. Everyone is very friendly and it is a beautifully maintained site. We tend to eat out in Ripon which is only a short distance away and very handy for shopping too.

We love our holiday lodge and look forward to spending many happy seasons there

]]> After exploring several local sites for static caravans and park facilities, we came across Warren Forrest Park. We enquired and visited the website, after which we felt very positive about it based on the quality of the park, caravans, information received, and fees.

We drove onto the park for the first time and were immediately impressed by the quality of the grounds. We were welcomed, taken around the site, and had a very comprehensive explanation of the caravans, site and the experiences of other customers.  The quality of the site and caravans was far superior to all we had seen before.

After leaving the site, driving into Pateley Bridge for a coffee we decided to go ahead. The process after that was very well informed, simple, and fully explained in a very professional manner. Communication from the office is always clear, timely and helpful.  Other Park caravan owners have been very welcoming, friendly and helpful throughout.

The location is amazing and not far from Brimham Rocks, which we have walked to several times already from the site. We have also visited Pateley Bridge, Knaresborough, Harrogate, Ripon, Skipton, Grassington, Mallam Cove to name a few. There are many walks in all these areas and many locally around Pateley Bridge that we have thoroughly enjoyed.

Overall, the experience, site, caravan quality and process have always been executed with excellence. Lee and Sarah and staff have been lovely, helpful, professional and supportive throughout.

]]> We chose Warren Forest for our holiday home as the beautiful park is meticulously maintained and the siting of the holiday homes takes advantage of the natural contours of the land.  A family run park was of high importance to us.  Sarah kindly showed us several holiday homes and took us around the park answering all our questions.  We found the perfect plot for us and are eagerly awaiting the start of our first season.

]]> We feel very lucky to have found a perfect caravan on a lovely site and in such a beautiful area. We considered buying a caravan for about a year and as soon as we visited Warren Forest Park we both knew it was perfect for us. Just 1 hours drive from home but it feels like a totally different world. The park is well looked after and the wildlife is amazing. Nidderdale is full of places to visit for either walking or a bit of retail therapy. Sarah and Lee were very helpful when we bought the caravan and the other owners (and dogs) are very friendly.

I am truly grateful everyday for Warren Forrest Park it’s breathtaking views & wildlife is indescribable it is a place like no other the tranquility and zen from the moment you arrive is unbelievable.
