The park is owned and run by the Stanley family, who were proud to mark 30 years at Warren Forest in February 2025. We take a five star approach to everything we offer, creating an unrivalled experience for each of our holiday home owners. Last year, VisitEngland awarded us their 5 Star Award for the 29th season in a row and a Gold Award for the 10th season in a row since it started in 2014!
Each pitch occupies a unique position within the naturally-contoured landscape, with some benefiting from magnificent views while others offer a more private woodland setting. We carefully select and position our holiday homes and design a substantial timber decked area specifically to maximise on the individual qualities of each pitch. This bespoke process creates an exceptional level of exclusivity for all our holiday home owners.
Luxury holiday caravans
Warren Forest Park is exclusively for holiday homes, so we do not hire units or take touring caravans. We offer new and used luxury holiday homes for sale from all the leading UK manufacturers, with whom we have maintained strong relationships during our 30 years of ownership. All our holiday caravans are environmental colours to ensure that they blend into the natural surroundings and provide as little visual impact as possible.
