We were immediately attracted to Warren Forest with its layout, the different levels and areas and the beautiful landscaping throughout.
We liked your warm welcome and friendly way of showing us a good selection of new and used holiday homes and giving us the time to make our decision.
We love the location, being next to Brimham Rocks, with the rocks spilling over to the site and the beautiful views.
We enjoy walking locally but also driving out and exploring the surrounding towns and villages. We have also had some lovely Sunday lunches at the Sawley arms, the Half Moon Inn, the Station Hotel at Birstwith and the Royal Oak in Ripon.
At other times, we just love being at our holiday home and enjoying the peace and quiet, chatting with other owners as they pass our van or as we are walking around the site as well as reading, watching dvds and a jigsaw if the weather lets us down. The library is a beautiful facility, and we really appreciate the two functions that you put on there each year, as a way of getting to know other owners in very enjoyable surroundings.
Last year, we managed to get up quite regularly for short breaks of 3/4 days each time. This year, we hope to have as many visits as possible but make these for longer periods.
